"Adorable" dress form....

Today I would like to share with you a Design Team Post for the The Cutting Cafe. Today's inspiration post for the Cutting Cafe is the Fun with dress forms… template-cutting file & printable stamp. This file comes in the following formats: PDF, WPC and SVG and can be resized to fit every need. The one thing I love about the The Cutting Cafe files is that they also come in PDF form in case you do not own a cutting machine and they are easy to cut by hand.

Now on to my project,
I chose to use the Fun with dress forms… template-cutting file & printable stamp. For this set I used wild bedazzled cardstock from the Colorbox collection (another favorite). I then added a faux cubic zirconium heart, a striped ribbon belt along with a black flower , with bling ( of course). I then finished the dress form off with an “A is adorable “ sentiment from the Cutting Café.

I hope you enjoyed my creations today, stay tuned for next week’s presentation. Please visit the Cutting Café for all your die-cut needs.

Jewelry Paper Beads........

Well where do I begin, this week's project was the Paper beads set… which was inspired by The Cutting Cafe , was definitely a challenge for me.

1. I do not make jewelry.

2. I do not make jewelry.

3.I am no good with challenges involving jewelry.

Although with this challenge I was pretty impressed, I didn't realize how sturdy a strip of paper could be. This file comes in the following formats: PDF, WPC and SVG and can be resized to fit every need. The one thing I love about the The Cutting Cafe files is that they also come in PDF form in case you do not own a cutting machine and they are easy to cut by hand.

Now on to my project:

I cut my paper strips from the Rookie paper collection called “Valentine Dreams. I then rolled each strip around a quilling tool (but you can use a toothpick, ink pen, straw etc) and sealed with Decoupage Finish. After my beads were completely dry I added them to a chain with silver beads to complete the look.

I hope you enjoyed my creations today, stay tuned for next week’s presentation. Please stop by the Cutting café for all your die-cut needs.
